政府の情報セキュリティー政策会議が、１５年度までの「サイバーセキュリティー戦略」なるものをすすめ、ＩＴ企業が利用者のネットの利用状況を解析したり、利用内容の履歴を保存することについて検討を始めるという。相前後して、弁護士落合洋司さんのブログで、米国家安全保障局 National Security Agency（NSA） による PRISM なるネット盗聴（当然に全世界規模）を知った。かの国では、米国民は対象外と説明し、関わっている企業は便宜提供を否定しているようだが、どうして日本では余り問題にならないのだろうか？
